Madeleine White’s Couture Love Story: Four Dresses, One Unforgettable Wedding

From content creator to couture bride: Madeleine White’s wedding is a masterclass in fashion storytelling. A wedding wardrobe of vintage finds, custom gowns, and hand-sewn bridesmaid dresses tells a love story stitched in personal style, digital creativity, and modern romance.

July 2025

The content creator who once DIY-ed a Prada jumpsuit on TikTok just turned her own wedding into the fashion event of the summer. With a four-look wardrobe, hand-sewn bridesmaid gowns, a surprise performance by Natasha Bedingfield and a beachside afterparty dubbed ‘Club Fedyk’, Madeleine White’s wedding was far more than a ceremony - it was a celebration of fashion and flair, crafted with precision, sentiment and Madeleine’s signature butterflies.

TikTok star Madeleine White and Loud Luxury DJ Andrew Fedyk first met in the pandemic-era in 2020 through mutual friends. Their first date was at dinner at Barrique in Venice and drinks at Saddle Ranch. Fast forward three years - and a proposal at Toronto’s historic Casa Loma - and the couple tied the knot under the Santorini sunset on 12th July 2025, with 5 million followers watching eagerly from their phones.

But if there was one thing her audience wanted to know, it was: what would Madeleine wear?

Look One: Vintage Romance at the Welcome Party

The wedding weekend began with a pink bougainvillea-inspired welcome party at Tango Bar in Fira. The bride arrived in a pleated, ombré pink Oscar de la Renta gown from Spring 2018, sourced secondhand on Vestiaire Collective. She accessorised with sparkly Jimmy Choo heels, a Lady Dior bag and pearl earrings passed down from her grandmother’s 1959 wedding. This look set the tone for the wedding weekend: sentimental, sustainable and unmistakably chic.

Look Two: A Butterfly Moment at the Ceremony

Madeleine’s path to the perfect dress was anything but typical - but perfectly on brand for her. In 2022, the bride saw a TikTok of a model wearing the gown in Viktor & Rolf’s spring 2023 bridal show and she saved it just for fun. After trying on more than 50 dresses, she was still unable to get the video out of her mind and decided to reach out to the Viktor & Rolf team, asking if she could try on the dress since it was no longer being stocked in stores. Madeleine says fell in love and says ‘I put it on my body and knew it was my dress’. The Dutch fashion house tailored the gown to Madeleine’s signature style, adorning it with 40 hand-appliquéd butterflies. She paired the dress with a diamond necklace and matching earrings, gifted by Andrew for the big day.

The Bridesmaids’ Bespoke Moment

And it wasn’t just the bride who got a designer moment. Madeleine made sure her bridesmaids turned heads too - by designing and sewing their dresses herself. ‘I had a very specific vision in mind, so that left me with one option – to make my bridesmaid dresses myself,” she said.

The result? A dreamy lineup of baby blue corset gowns, each one hand-embellished and fully constructed by Madeleine, who has long called herself a hobby seamstress. Each dress took around 30 hours to complete, a labour of love that paid off: ‘My bridesmaids looked beyond stunning and now they are the first — and hopefully not last — to ever have a bespoke Madeleine White dress.'

Look Three: Sunset Sparkle in Berta

For cocktail hour and dinner on the stone terrace of the Cavo Ventus villa, Madeleine slipped into a backless embroidered halter dress by Berta. The Grecian garden aesthetics, brought to life by Bloom de Fleur and Samkoma, felt like a Santorini dream, rivalled only by the sunset views and live performances. Natasha Bedingfield surprised the guests with live renditions of Pocket Full of Sunshine and Unwritten, before vocalist Morgan St Jean sang their first-dance song, Sure Thing by Miguel.

Look Four: Full-Circle Fendace at Club Fedyk

The afterparty, a beachside rave named ‘Club Fedyk’, saw Madeleine in her fourth and final look: a hot pink chainmail mini dress from the Fendi and Versace Fendace collection. It was a full-circle moment for the creator, whose first viral video was a DIY take on the original Versace 1999 chainmail dress. She styled the look with butterfly heels made by fashion student Youssef Nagib, discovered on TikTok.

By 2am, groom Andrew was back behind the decks, after swearing he wouldn’t DJ. Madeleine laughed ‘I could not drag him off.’ Guests danced until 4:30a, fuelled by late-night pizza, doughnuts and a poutine bar named after their pets. The next morning, while everyone else slept, the newlyweds stayed up to watch the sun rise.

For someone known for turning fashion into a form of storytelling, it’s only fitting that Madeleine’s wedding wardrobe played out like chapters of a very stylish novel. From vintage Oscar de la Renta to custom Viktor & Rolf, red-carpet Berta and a TikTok-famous chainmail finale, each look was carefully chosen, deeply personal and playfully on brand.

As Madeleine put it, “We’re still reeling from the best weekend of our lives.” Honestly? So are we.
